A new amenity has been added to the mix at Tidewater Beach, as well as a long anticipated amenity beginning operation. A new ATM Machine was installed today and is now in operation. The machine is located in the ground floor main lobby on the southwest wall under the TV. The HOA entered into a lease agreement with this vendor and does not have any expense including maintenance, but will receive $0.50 per transaction. The TIKI HUT next to the eastside pool was opened today by the Frisard Group and the HOA will be the landlord. They received their beer and wine license the first part of this week.

We expect to be very busy next weekend for Jazzfest, being held at Pier Park's outdoor amphitheater. Click here for more details.

The Endless Summer Grill (Restaurant) located on 1st floor is expected to open no later than the middle of March 2009. They are getting the final health inspection the first of this week and should receive delivery of their tables, chairs around March 10th. They have received verbal approval on their liquor license and upon written confirmation will order and set up their inventory. The grill will be full service adult beverages while the Tiki Hut and Cafe will be under a different license and will serve tropical drinks. Everyone is getting exciting about the onsite facilities. The Endless Summer Grill looks wonderful and we expect a great level of service.

Xiocom Wireless Company is the vendor and has almost completed the installation with plans to go "live" the middle of this week with WI-FI HOT-ZONE service in all sold and closed condominium units plus all common elements such as East Pool, West Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness & Spa Center, Grill and Cafe, Lobbies, Pedestrian Walkover, Parking Garage and Conference Center. The service will be free to all unit owners and rental guests.
